Bedford Castle is now the site of the remains of a castle which was built in Bedford in 919 AD. Some of the original wall on the south side remains, but much of the castle has been destroyed. There is a small wooden structure at the top of the castle mound which is used to protect tourists from the weather. Reviewer: Adam Croft
