Futurist Theatre

Scarborough, Yorkshire, United Kingdom

The Futurist Theatre was built in 1921, originally as a cinema, but it was extended in 1958 to accommodate live performances. The Black and White Minstrel Show performed here for many years, as have many famous acts. The theatre holds 2,155 people; the fifth largest theatre outside of London and the twelfth largest in the country. Reviewer: Adam Croft
