Gardener’s Falls in Maleny, just off the Landsborough-Maleny Road, is a wonderful place to freshen up and relax on a hot Sunshine Coast day. From the car park, you just take a short walk along a bush path to the falls and rock pools. There are mini cascades in the rock pools, which are perfect for relaxing in or you can have a swim in the deep waterhole at the bottom of the waterfall. There is a rope and swing into the falls that many daredevils try out, but since the water level can vary according to the rainfall, it is best to avoid doing this. It is highly recommended for small children as well, as they can easily and safely splash about in the rock pools.
