For a day filled with family fun or fun for the young at heart, head to Greenhills Adventure Park at Victor Harbour – just under an hour’s drive from the centre of Adelaide. There are all kinds of activities that you can pack into a day trip here such as – rock climbing, archery, water slides, mini golf, maze, go karts, canoes, moon bikes, flying foxes and so much more. The park is open from 10am to 6pm daily and with the one entry price, you can buy yourself and the family a day filled with entertainment and fun. Although you can buy food onsite, there is also the option of taking your own picnic with you or having a barbecue on one of the many different barbecue grills that is available. The park also has a licensed cafe where you can enjoy a delicious lunch out on the terrace. This park is not the kind of raucous fun with zooming rollercoasters and gravity defying rides that you find at some other theme parks, but it is a fun day out with the family where you will form fond holiday memories together.
