Six Flags Over Georgia sits on over 100 acres just outside of Atlanta. It is filled with all kinds of amazing shows, spectacular rides and unforgettable fun!
Among the live entertainment options to be found here are such experiences as a dancing competition and ‘wild west’ themed, comedy show. Many of the shows feature Looney Tunes cartoon characters such as Bugs Bunny and friends. One of the most famous family rides in this park is called Monster Mansion. It is a boat ride through a flooded mansion filled with not-so-scary monsters that will make you laugh more than scream.
Over on the thrilling end of things is the Great American Scream Machine. It is a classic wooden roller coaster that, at one time, was the tallest in the world. It is still quite thrilling though, as is Batman, an inverted coaster that will not be soon forgotten by any of its riders. The section of Six Flags Over Georgia that the latter ride is in is well themed to look like Gotham City itself.
