Universal Studios Japan is located in the city of Osaka. It is very similar to its Orlando counterpart, housing many of the same rides and shows.
One of the rides that has been popular in both parks for a long time is Back to the Future: The Ride, which creates the illusions of time travel using motion simulation technology. The plot is that you are touring a science institute when Biff, the villain from the movie, steals one of the time machines. You are enlisted to go back in time and recover it, provided that you survive the hijinks that ensue!
Another classic, popular ride in these parks is called Jaws. It is a boat ride and many guests come away talking about how realistic the shark looks.
Shrek’s 4-D Adventure is one of the most popular shows. ‘4-D’ means that, in addition to the 3-D projection, there are various animatronic and live action events that all work together to create a spectacularly immersing experience. In addition to being funny, it is really quite amazing.
