Durban

Located on the Indian Ocean, and with a very large port industry, Durban is a city known for its beaches. Dairy Beach and Battery Beach are places to sit on the sand, Addington Beach and Brighton Beach have waves for surfing and Blue Lagoon is a beach area to go fishing. Tourists visiting Durban may want to travel around in one of the famous Rickshaws. Rail lines connect Durban with Johannesburg and also Cape Town. Rugby union, soccer and cricket are popular sports there and games are played at Moses Mabhida Stadium and Sahara Stadium Kingsmead.
