Chennai

Some call it Chennai while others still know it as Madras, either way it is a popular city for tourists due to its unique historical sites as well as its beaches on the Bay of Bengal. Chennai’s famous Central Railway Station is a magnificent building that will often be the arrival point for tourists. Government Museum, Chennai is a large complex that features many exhibits that encompass zoology, archaeology and geology while there is also a Children’s Museum and several art galleries. Marina Beach is popular with tourists and locals, while other places to visit in Chennai include the Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple and Kapaleeswarar Temple.
