Macau

Macau is a country the size of a large city in Asia, which is considered a special administrative region of China. The city is known for gambling, and is the biggest destination in Asia, taking in more money via gambling activities than Las Vegas. Macau has a great deal of European influence visible in the architecture and design of the city, and this is due to the fact that it was a Portuguese colony. Casinos are located along the waterfront, and they are very popular with tourists, with people arriving on a daily basis from China to gamble. Another attraction is the international standard bowling centre which was constructed for the East Asian Games at the Macau Dome.
