Vaadhoo

Vaadhoo Island Resort is a tiny island paradise in the heart of the Maldives and although not as popular as some in the region, it typifies everything that makes the Maldives great. Remarkable diving, beautiful above-water bungalows and fine sand beaches combine to provide you with one of the most stunning islands that you will likely see, all of this and in a place that few people have heard about. Vaadhoo is perfect for honeymooning couples and for those seeking a diving experience like few others, the water has high visibility all year round and is generally warm, allowing longer dives and great snorkelling not far from the shore. There is also a house reef which is easily accessible by boat and is not far from the island. The bungalows are wonderfully romantic with each having its own lounging area, bathtub and double bed as well as an undisturbed view of the beautiful Indian Ocean. The resort has a number of great activities to take part in if you are seeking a break from lying on the beach with Volleyball and Badminton and there is also a lovely bar and restaurant area in which to relax.
