Syria

Gentle charms and a modern nation is how one could describe Syria. It has a Mediterranean climate with spring being the best time to visit. Many scenic tours are available including a fine piece of architecture, the Khan As’ad Pasha cathedral. The first great Mosque and Islam’s most important building, Umayyad Mosque, may also be to your liking. This land of vast cultural richness has extremely friendly people who are proud of their nation. In the city of Aleppo sits the Citadel, the most remarkable landmark of the area. This holy city has been around since Roman times and is a fascinating place to see. The streets carry horse drawn carts and the wind blows around the scent of falafels. Syria is truly a trip of treasures.
