Taichung

There are many ways to spend a day in Taichung, Taiwan. The Taichung Botanical Gardens has a tropical rainforest in a greenhouse, along with a large park area outside. Fans of BuDaiXi, traditional Chinese puppet theatre, will find many shows around Taichung. The National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and the National Museum of Natural Science are located in Taichung. Visitors looking to go shopping can browse through the stores at the Tiger City shopping mall or go to Taichung Central which is a very large shopping complex with more than three hundred stores and a Club SEGA amusement arcade.
