Kangaroo Island off the coast of South Australia is Australia’s third biggest island and covers 4,405 square kilometres.
Kangaroo Island is a very popular tourist destination with both overseas and local visitors. There is plenty to see and the ranger guided tours are great as you get to see all the good things and learn about it from an expert. See Seal Bay with the amazing Australian Sea Lions, visit the Penguin Centre, Parndana Wildlife Park and Murray Lagoon which has a lot of birdlife.
There are loads walking trails and places to camp as well. A very enjoyable place to holiday. Being a nature lover I really enjoy spending time here. Winter can be very cold so be sure you have plenty of warm clothes.
