Cuba

To most people the postcard picture of Cuba is of large 50’s American cars and old men playing cards in the streets. Along with rum cocktails and cigars, you don’t get more Cuban than that. But Cuba is also so much more. Havana is the best spot for a good time with museums by day and live music by night. But scratch further under the surface and you will find great Che memorabilia in Santa Clara, stylish resorts in Varadero, diving at Punta Francés and fishing Hemingway-style in Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo, limestone cliffs in Viñales and waterfalls at Topes de Collantes.

Who would not want to visit one of the most famous islands in the world? Cuba is the stuff of legend and lore. Havana is the glamourous star of the island. Posed next to Caribbean blue waters, it has all the alluring features of colonial architecture, luxurious hotels, great dining, and long beaches. Visit Pinar del Rio, home to the Cuban cigar industry. For great accommodation, book into one of the luxurious beach resorts in Varadero, Cuba. Tour the colonial era buildings in Trinidad and try your hand at salsa dancing in the square at night under the stars. It is guaranteed Cuba will be like nothing else you have visited.
