Turneffe Island

The Turneffe Island Resort has everything that you could possibly want for a vacation; pristine beaches, unbelievable fishing and, due to its close location to the famous Blue Hole, wonderful diving. The island itself is compact, beautifully designed and home to a great range of activities even if you aren’t of the thrill seeker variety. There is a wonderful spa where you can indulge in Swedish or deep-tissue massages and a peaceful body scrub or two to ease the aches and strains. There is also a fun beachside bar which can supply you with all the cocktails you may need whilst soaking up the rays.

If you are interested in a wide variety of water pursuits then you will not be disappointed, the fly fishing in the region is famous and the diving is amongst the best in the world. Although it is not possible to dive in the immediate vicinity of the island due to environmental restrictions. The accommodation itself is remarkable and of the highest standard with private bungalows and beautiful guest rooms that each have a private porch overlooking the bay, truly inspirational.
