Soldeu

Soldeu, is located in the Andorran Pyrenees and it is a good all round resort with relatively reliable snow conditions. The resort of Soldeu is in the Grandvalira region and it offers affordable skiing and snowboarding.

The terrain at Soldeu is very good for beginners, intermediates. Experts will also find plenty to tempt them. It is also close to other ski resorts in the principality, so there is no need to feel bored by the terrain.

It welcomes snowboarders. The snowboard park is well maintained with enough variety to keep keen snowboarders amused. Off-piste skiing and snowboarding offers even more options exploring the powder bowls. They are accessible from the lifts.

It is excellent for families.

The ski school offers many different programs and the numerous professional instructors speak a variety of languages.

The village is small, pretty and vibrant. Excellent après ski is available and there is a very good range of restaurants serving a variety of cuisine which includes Italian, French, Spanish and local dishes.

This is a purpose built village which offers modern accommodation to suit a range of price requirements.

Other activities include dog sledding, heli-skiing, para-gliding and snow-mobiling.
