Offenbach

Offenbach is known for its football team and for the rivalry between it and the neighbouring city of Frankfurt. The city is renowned for its artisan qualities and there are many attractions to celebrate the various crafts found locally. The Leather Museum commemorates a longstanding tradition in the town and the Klingspor Museum is dedicated to international book design and typography, and the German Meteorological Service is based in Offenbach complete with its own Wetterpark in town. Culturally there are a number of high profile concerts and art events in Offenbach each year which attract visitors to the city.
