Jerusalem combines ancient historic sites with modern conveniences for tourists. The Tisch Family Zoological Gardens in Jerusalem, also called the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo, has more than two thousand animals on display. Some of the museums in the area are the Bible Lands Museum, King David Museum and Rockefeller Archaeological Museum. Visitors to Jerusalem will want to see The Western Wall, Damascus Gate, Temple Mount, The Canaanite Wall and other landmarks of historical and religious significance.
