Edmonton

One of the largest shopping malls in the entire world awaits visitors to Edmonton. The West Edmonton Mall has more than eight hundred stores, an aquarium with sharks and many other fish, a water park with seventeen slides, an NHL-quality ice rink, many theatres including an Imax theatre, a glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course and a replica of Christopher Columbus’ Santa Maria. Fort Edmonton Park is more than a museum with a steam train and parades. Edmonton’s sporting teams can be watched during the cooler months, with the Oilers in the NHL and the Eskimos in the CFL.
