Burnaby

Burnaby is situated right next to Vancouver and is a short SkyTrain or bus trip away. Burnaby has something that Vancouver and other places in Canada do not have, the enormous Metropolis at Metrotown shopping mall. Metropolis at Metrotown is said to be the second largest shopping mall in Canada, it is easy to get to on the SkyTrain and some of the many shops there include Sears, Zellers, The Bay, Toys ‘R’ Us and Old Navy. Among many famous residents of Burnaby is NHL player Joe Sakic and he even has a street there, Joe Sakic Way. The Bridge Studios, where MacGyver and the Stargate shows were filmed, is located in Burnaby.
