Fredericton

The capital of New Brunswick, Fredericton has a plethora of activities for families and everyone else. The Historic Garrison District is where many of these events occur. Tourists can watch the Changing of the Guard while children can take part in A Day In A Soldier’s Life and dress up as a British soldier of the 1880s. There are also shops to explore, heritage walking tours and night time entertainment like concerts and the outdoor summer theatre. The Kings Landing Historical Settlement and the Beaverbrook Art Gallery, with its collection of Canadian and British art, are also popular with visitors to Fredericton.
