Located on Cape Breton Island, Sydney attracts tourists due to its parks and water views as well as its giant fiddle. Located at the Sydney Maritime Terminal, the World’s Largest Ceilidh Fiddle is sixteen metres tall and is said to be playable as it has strings and is also accompanied by a giant bow. Other places to visit in the area include Glace Bay, the Fortress of Louisbourg, Alexander Graham Bell’s estate at Baddeck and the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Visitors to Sydney can arrive on cruise ships or fly there from Toronto, Halifax or Charlottetown.
