Montreal

Historic, chic, and full of excellent dining choices, Montreal is a great city holiday with a European where the locals even speak French. Located in Quebec, Canada, Montreal is quaint and has huge old-world appeal. Montréal Museum of Fine Arts
The Montréal Museum of Fine Arts’ mission is to provide access to the world’s finest art collections, and their decision not to charge admission reflects that. In fact, the museum has amassed a collection of over thirty six thousand pieces since it opened its doors in 1860, and stands listed by some North American reviewers as “one of the places every traveller should visit in their lifetime.”

Bell Centre
Hockey lies at the heart of every Canadian, as, like basketball, the sport is their creation. The Montréal Canadiens professional hockey team as one of the original Six National Hockey League teams, has captured the most Stanley Cups – the championship Cup – of any hockey team in the league. Underground Pedestrian Network
As part of Montréal’s World Exposition, the Underground Pedestrian Network evolved into the world’s largest collection of subterranean public passages. Old Montreal
One of the best things to do in Montréal is simply to walk around the city. The area known as Old Montréal will remind travellers that a very large portion of this city has not changed since its founding in 1642. Narrow European style roadways, some with their original stone walkways guide pedestrians through a city that takes pride in its history. Shopping is a magical experience as boutiques and gift shops are framed in stonework that is over three hundred years old.
