Eugene

Eugene, Oregon is located near the Willamette River and is home to the University of Oregon. This very liberal city likes to open itself up as a city of alternate lifestyles and tolerance. Because of its reputation, the arts community is flourishing in the region as it celebrates a large population of artist pursuing a way to communicate visually with the public.
