Enjoying a long season from early November to early May, Killington has numerous runs and diverse skiing options for all ability levels. It comprises six interconnecting mountains so mountain to mountain exploration is possible.
Killington has a great nursery area to help new skiers and boarders learn on easy slopes. There are wooded runs. While many trails are superbly groomed some runs are half groomed to give skiers and riders more challenges in the deep powder.
Killington has parks and pipes to keep riders and snowboarders challenged and entertained for hours and hours. Cross country skiing and sleigh rides are available.
They continue to invest in making improvements to the resort. There’s an extensive lift infrastructure and a gondola.
Ski-in, ski-out accommodation is available. Further afield, but still close to the mountain base, there are numerous accommodation options. Shuttles ensure you get to the mountain without fuss.
Apres ski is lively at Killington with great nightlife, in hundreds of bars. The fun continues late into the night.
Terrain: 28% beginner, 33% intermediate, 39% advanced/expert. There are 140 named trails. The longest run is 6 miles or 10 kilometers.
