Rosario

Located on the Parana River, Rosario is the third largest city in Argentina with a population of around 1.2 million people. The city has a beautiful blend of modern sky scrapers and gorgeous buildings from the colonial period. The city has expanded in nearly every direction over the years and this is a great destination to come get a feel for the new and old Argentina. The many theaters and museums in the city make for great sites to see for travelers and while not as big as Buenos Aires, the city has its own distinct flavor on a smaller scale.
