Punta Arenas

As Chile’s southernmost city, Punta Arenas sports a population of over 120,000 people. This city near the end of the world draws in tourists in hordes each year making the trek to the popular Tierra Del Fuego national park, a wonderland for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The often frigidly cold little city at the end of the world is located across the Strait of Magellan from Antarctica. Tourists prize the city as a fun small town to tour when in route to the many popular tourist locations nearby.
