Valparaiso

With a population of nearly 300,000 residents, Valparaiso is located on the Mid-Pacific coast of Chile nearby the sprawling city of Santiago. The city is in no way your typical resort beach city in South America and its unique design has helped it become world renown and a UNESCO world heritage site. This old school port city has a flavor all its own and gives off a much different vibe than other more popular area located along the Chilean coast such as the nearby resort town of Vina Del Mar.
