The Emirates Towers Hotel is one of the most widely recognised buildings situated on Sheikh Zayed Road in Jumeirah. It is considered to be one of the best business hotels in Dubai. We have stayed there on several occasions, for both business and pleasure, and have enjoyed our stay each time.
Made up of two towers that are joined by a shopping complex on the ground floor, the Emirates Towers Hotel is centrally located in Jumeirah, with easy access to the airport, major expo and event centres, and close to all of the great shopping and tourist hotspots.

Although the hotel is often busy, we were checked in on our first visit without any wait. However, as our plane arrived in the morning, when we got to the hotel at 10am our room was not ready until noon. Rather, we were offered a temporary room for the two hours, however we declined this and sat in the lobby bar and had a cool drink. Hotel staff are very attentive and there is always someone to attend to guests, no matter how busy they seem to be.

Every room offers great views, either looking out over the Arabian Gulf or out over the city, through floor to ceiling glass windows. The building itself is very tall and relatively narrow so getting a room with a commanding view is almost guaranteed. The rooms are well laid out and quite spacious, and have a relaxed contemporary décor and furnishings. A king-sized bed, large working desk with wireless and broadband Internet, and luxurious a bathroom with large walk-in shower helped to make for an enjoyable stay.
The fitness centre and swimming pool offer a great opportunity to relax and unwind. The terrace-top pool, although fairly small when compared to other Dubai facilities, is very relaxing. It is a great place to have lunch while relaxing in your sun-lounge. Pool staff were very obliging and were even happy to allow an order of something not on their menu. Emirates Towers Hotel is a city hotel situated in the financial district of Dubai, hence there is no beach. However, a complimentary shuttle bus takes guests to the sister hotel, Madinat Jumeirah, where you can make use of their private beach.
One of the great things about Emirates Towers Hotel is the Boulevard, located at the base of both towers. This is a shopping complex with a great selection of high end stores, restaurants, bars and beauty salons. From Cartier, Bvlgari and Montblanc to Alfred Dunhill, Chloé and Lanvin, you will find a great selection of boutique designer stores. For restaurants, try Hakkasan a great Cantonese place located on the ground level of the Boulevard.
The business facilities at Emirates Towers are excellent and their ‘Biz Pod’, located on level three. is open 24 hours. From here, there is access to a range of state-of-the-art business facilities, including private conference rooms with life-sized video-conferencing and personal secretarial services, if required.
Emirates Towers Hotel is a very well located hotel for business travellers and offers all the facilities you may need. Although room rates are high, and tend to increase when business expos and events are running, the amenities and services are of excellent quality.
