Polars Bears according to Al Gore are disappearing so a good question. The best place we have heard of is Churchill in the north of Manitoba Province in Canada.

The town is on one of the main migration routes on the western fringe of Hudson Bay. Once the ice melts at the start of summer the bears move onto dry land looking for food and can often be seen close to the town.

Polar bears are dangerous and need to be observed from strong vehicles and these are available in Churchill.
