   Buenos Aires has just been voted the best value destination in the Conde Nast Traveller magazine.
   
   Many of the Asian cities offer good value and the one that is always good is Bangkok. Singapore and Hong Kong are a lot more expensive.
   
   In Europe Greece is not bad at the moment.
   
   And for Australians America has become an excellent value destination due to the power of the Australian dollar in recent months.
